Ko čia džiaugtis, Rokiškis su kultūros renginių organizavimu gėda tik daro.Įdomu kas atsakingas už tuos renginius, ar tas žmogus visai skonio neturi, ar pinigai kazkur kitur nuplaukia, kad nesugeba gerų grupių pakviesti į miesto šventes,tegu pažiūri kaip obelines yra švenčiamos, o miestelis tikrai mažiau pinigų turi nei Rokiškis,Samsono raliui Sipaviciu pakvietė, tai jaunimas išeis, o likę užmigs prie stalų.Geda kad nesugeba linksmų švenčiu surengti tie kultūros organizatoriai,manau reiktu perrinkti atsakinga asmenį.
